Introducing FCIA Regional Meet-Ups.
FCIA asked how we can better serve our members and you told us - provide opportunities to network with colleagues in the fine chocolate community throughout the year. And, make them closer to where you live and work so you can focus on regional issues.
FCIA is proud to present our first series of Regional Meet-Ups. As of this date, we're planning on gatherings in Georgia, New England, New Mexico, Minnesota, Oklahoma, New York, Southern California, Seattle, Texas AND Brazil! We expect more as the word gets around.
Meet the Hosts of the FCIA's Regional Meet-Up - Southern States, our good friends at CocoaTown, Andal & Balu.

Who is invited?
This meet-up is focused on the Southern States, but we invite all FCIA Members and Friends from all over, including chocolate makers, chocolateirs, writers, bloggers, educators and other professionals who support the fine chocolate industry.
What's on the agenda?
Chocolate has long been a favorite indulgence. But behind every chocolate bar we unwrap, there is a world of power struggles and political maneuvering over its most important ingredient: cocoa. In this incisive book, Kristy Leissle reveals cocoa's extensive global trade system and shows who benefits and who pays so that we can enjoy this exquisite food.
- TASTING: Bring your chocolate and get feedback from Kristy and the group
- YOUR ISSUES & CONCERNS: Tell FCIA what you want to talk about at future meet-ups
- NETWORKING, NETWORKING & MORE NETWORKING!
Cocoatown can accommodate up to 40 people in their facility, so we do require you to RSVP.
