The Agrofloresta team will give an overview of the path taken to arrive to the US bean to bar market. Guests will learn about the genetic history of Mexican cacao, flavor profile, fermentation process and hear from a local farmer. Afterwards Agrofloresta will share the  types of clients they work with - fine chocolate makers in Europe, US who use their beans.  FCIA's Mey Choy Paz and FCCI's Jose Lopez Ganem will also discuss the collaboration of Mexico and Make Mine Fine.
